But I refused to let my circumstances define my future. Every lesson I learned came from overcoming obstacles, and every step forward was hard-earned. This resilience is what shaped me as both an entrepreneur and an HR expert, and it’s what drives me to help others navigate their own challenges today.

She has over 23+ years of experience managing a full spectrum of human resource programs, services, and functions in the Transportation, Logistics, Food and Beverage, CPG, Security, Electronic Defense, Medical, and Hospitality industries.
